What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a remote or international hospitality/customer service opportunity where I can deliver seamless guest support. I’ll bring strong communication, organization, and customer service to reservations, front desk operations, and complaint resolution.

I’m a detail-oriented hospitality professional with over 6 years of experience in front office operations, guest relations, and hotel administration across multiple properties in Nigeria. I manage reservations, complete accurate guest check-in/check-out, and resolve concerns promptly to maintain a seamless guest experience.

I coordinate with housekeeping and other departments, handle telephone and email enquiries, and support daily front office administration, including cash handling and POS operations. I’m comfortable working with hotel management systems (Opera, Mandux, Hotel Man, Biz Edge, Mx Plan) and I’m seeking a remote or international hospitality/customer service opportunity where my communication and organizational skills can help guests feel fully supported.
