What I'm looking for
I’m a detail-oriented hospitality professional with over 6 years of experience in front office operations, guest relations, and hotel administration across multiple properties in Nigeria. I manage reservations, complete accurate guest check-in/check-out, and resolve concerns promptly to maintain a seamless guest experience.
