What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead hotel/operations teams where I can drive daily service excellence, manage budgets and compliance, and coach staff—while building strong stakeholder and guest relationships to improve performance and growth.

I’m a hospitality and operations manager who thrives on running smooth daily hotel operations and delivering excellent guest service. At Dansville Hotels, I oversee front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage, while monitoring quality standards and ensuring efficient reservations, check-in/out, events, and cleaning.

I lead teams with a people-first approach—recruiting, training, mentoring, building schedules, conducting performance reviews, and resolving conflicts to promote a positive service culture. I also manage budgets and expenditures, support revenue and occupancy goals, and contribute to marketing and sales efforts to increase bookings.

Earlier in my career, I strengthened stakeholder and community outcomes in Nigeria—coordinating oil well de-waxing field operations, representing the company in multinational engagements, and building community relationships for operational success. With Shell, I served in community relations and public relations roles, leading sensitization campaigns, joint investigations on oil spill incidents, negotiations, and community development initiatives.
