I am an experienced hospitality and tourism enthusiast with extensive customer service expertise. I hold a Master's degree in Marketing, which showcases my strong academic background and commitment to excellence in my profession.

Currently, I work as a Guest Services/360 Concierge Agent at The Hilton Barbados Resort, where I provide personalized and attentive customer service to guests. My role involves managing guest expectations, handling reservations, and resolving complaints professionally. Prior to this, I gained valuable experience as a Receptionist/Reservations Agent and Front Desk Supervisor Intern, where I honed my skills in administrative functions and digital marketing.

Throughout my career, I have demonstrated strong problem-solving capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to teamwork. I am passionate about creating memorable experiences for guests and continuously seek opportunities to grow and excel in the hospitality industry.
