I am a computer science graduate with hands-on experience in IT support, networking, and desktop applications, complemented by a Certified Project Manager (CPM) credential. I have completed national service with the National Emergency Management Agency and industrial placements in insurance and legal support environments.
I bring practical skills in computer repair, networking, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CorelDRAW, Photoshop, and internet technologies, coupled with experience as a call agent and roles supporting quality control and strategic planning objectives.
