I'm seeking a property management or operations leadership role where I can improve asset performance, develop teams, strengthen resident satisfaction, and support revenue growth through disciplined operations and revenue management.

I've led multifamily community operations for Waterton Residential and Bell Partners, overseeing properties from 250 to more than 700 units. I drive occupancy, resident retention, revenue, financial reporting, budgeting, and market analysis while building teams that deliver strong customer service.

Across Bell-managed assets, I achieved 10% to 28% rent growth over 12 years and supported acquisitions, dispositions, and extensive renovations. I've also led transition planning, platform implementations, staffing, and revenue-management collaboration using LRO, YieldStar, Yardi, and RealPage tools.
