My journey in the IT field began with an intensive Computer Systems & Network Support course at Cerco Ltd., where I gained practical experience in software and hardware installation, troubleshooting, and network administration. I thrive in environments where I can collaborate with others and continuously learn to enhance my skills.
Currently, I work as a Security and Service Maintenance Officer at Mitie Ltd, where I oversee security operations and provide first-line IT support. My role involves ensuring smooth operations of IT systems, assisting staff with Microsoft Office 365, and maintaining various hardware components. I take pride in my ability to adapt to new challenges and deliver exceptional service, whether it’s through technical support or ensuring safety protocols are followed.
