I’m looking to lead end-to-end S&OP/IBP, automate planning with data and AI, and deliver measurable service and cost improvements for a team that values continuous improvement and cross-functional execution.

I’m a Supply Chain & Planning Manager with over 16 years of experience across food, textiles, construction materials, and development projects, including Cargill and Gildan. I bring a hands-on approach to improving planning performance through integrated business planning, strong procurement, and team leadership.

Across my roles, I’ve delivered measurable results—such as $1.5M in cost savings at Gildan, keeping material shortage impact below 0.1%, and reaching 97% Volume Fill in processed meats at Cargill. I also re-implemented S&OP to improve forecast visibility, supported service level targets (SFA of 85%), and automated planning workflows to reduce manual effort and prevent planning errors.

I focus on data-driven decision-making by turning complex datasets into actionable insights using automation and analytics (Excel, Power Query, Power Pivot, Macros, and AI-driven tools).
