At TegraGlobal, I lead an organization of approximately 90 professionals across Product Development, Art Development and Art Production, supporting apparel programs for Nike and Fanatics. I’m transforming these teams toward a system-driven operating model, with stronger process ownership, standardized work and development-to-production handoffs.
Before TegraGlobal, I spent 19 years at Hanesbrands, progressing through attribution development roles and working with manufacturing operations across Central America and the Caribbean. I built and scaled screen print industrialization, embroidery and heat transfer development capabilities, reaching 100% on-time performance and approximately 95% right-first-time performance.
My work has included applying Lean methods to eliminate 96% of non-value-added activity, double productivity and generate cost savings, as well as developing decoration costing methods and assessing external contractors. I draw on Lean thinking, Shingo principles, Agile methodologies and Six Sigma, and hold an MBA.
