I am a Mechatronics Engineer with hands-on experience operating and maintaining heavy industrial equipment, automated production lines, and airport systems, combined with training in Agile, Scrum, and software development. I have led maintenance and operations efforts, coordinated teams to optimize workflows, and applied technical problem-solving to minimize downtime while improving efficiency.

I am seeking a fully remote role as a Release Manager or Scrum Master to contribute to software delivery, digital transformation, and operational excellence, leveraging skills in project and release management, Jira/Confluence, front-end and back-end web technologies, and process improvement.
