At Haweya, I define the testing and release strategy across software projects and serve as the final gatekeeper for release readiness. I lead QA and release teams, establish testing standards and automation frameworks, and coordinate releases across environments.

At Electronic Government Authority, I set assurance and testing strategies for digital transformation projects across government entities, including quality models for SAP, web, and mobile systems. Earlier, at Orange Egypt and Mobinil, I worked on integration testing, UAT, test planning, and service implementations including 4G-LTE.
