I'm looking to lead complex software, product, or operations delivery where I can align stakeholders, build scalable processes, manage releases and risks, and automate repetitive work across cross-functional teams.

At Capgemini, I lead sprint and release planning for Stellantis automotive software programs supporting Dodge Ram, aligning delivery with validation test waves and resolving EEPM and SWX escalations across Egypt and US-based stakeholders.

Through my independent consulting practice, I've structured delivery for web agencies, SaaS, e-commerce, marketing, and gaming clients—building SOPs, ClickUp operating systems, Make.com automations, and launch workflows. I've also led engineering execution in oil and gas, helped a gaming startup raise 300% of its funding target, and mentor young women in Egypt on freelancing fundamentals.
