What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an on-site engineering role in industrial automation, power systems, substations, or smart infrastructure where I can develop PLC and commissioning skills while contributing to safe system testing, troubleshooting, and execution.

I've built and commissioned automated mechatronics systems, including a large-scale 3D printer with motion control, heating systems, sensors, safety interlocks, and Marlin firmware.

As team leader for the 3D printer project, I led eight engineers through design, integration, testing, troubleshooting, controlled startup, documentation, and final validation. I also supported a 5-axis CNC graduation project with motion control, kinematics, axis coordination, and system-integration guidance.

In a glass processing factory, I coordinated production schedules and supervised cutting, polishing, painting, and thermal processing operations. I monitored lines, calculated cycle times, tracked output, and worked safely in a high-temperature manufacturing environment.

I'm developing my PLC programming and industrial automation capabilities while building on hands-on experience with Arduino, Python, AutoCAD, motor control, and technical troubleshooting. I'm especially interested in power systems, substations, smart infrastructure, and on-site commissioning work across Egypt.
