I’m a Service Delivery & Senior Project Manager with 10+ years leading software delivery, cross-functional engineering teams, and client operations across Egypt and the Gulf. I focus on turning scope, budget, and risk into reliable outcomes—end to end.

In my most recent role, I own end-to-end delivery across multiple concurrent client accounts, including budgeting, pricing, staffing forecasts, and QA governance. I safeguard margin and SLA compliance, and I strengthen partner and client relationships to drive satisfaction, renewals, and account growth.
