I’m a results-oriented Systems Engineer who coordinates infrastructure projects end-to-end—from scoping and planning to rollout and risk mitigation. At Digital Egypt for Investment (DEFI), I led an internal Linux OS upgrade initiative across servers, designing a dedicated local mirror server solution to eliminate internet dependency and achieve delivery with zero downtime.

I combine strong technical literacy with proactive operational thinking. I track infrastructure health and performance using PRTG and Dynatrace, and I manage disaster recovery planning and execution with Veeam Backup & Replication to keep recovery objectives aligned with business continuity requirements.

I sharpen my capabilities through hands-on training and certifications, including the ITI System Administration program and RHCSA. Beyond technical work, I’ve led cross-functional teams as a Founder/Manager, building execution discipline through process documentation, communication, and resource planning under tight deadlines.
