Message

At IDEMIA Egypt, I lead systems administration for critical enterprise production infrastructure and technical delivery for road-safety platforms including MestaFusion, MestaCompact, and MestaMobile. I balance hands-on engineering with work prioritization, mentoring, and team coordination.

I coordinate infrastructure changes, high-availability and disaster-recovery readiness, and investigations across Linux and Windows systems, virtualization, networking, and database operations. Earlier, I administered enterprise networks and security at Egyptian Cloud Computing Center and monitored VoIP switching and server systems at Media Oriental.
