Olya Avagyan

I’m an entry-level Project Management professional with a background in banking, customer service, and municipal work. I completed an Agile PM Fundamentals course and I’m motivated to grow in project coordination, operations, and remote team environments.

At the bank, I worked with customers, handled financial transactions, maintained accurate documentation, and supported daily banking operations. In my municipal role, I worked with citizens, managed documentation and case-related tasks, and supported social assistance activities and community coordination.

I enjoy learning new skills, working with people, solving problems, and improving team organization and communication. I’m currently looking for remote entry-level opportunities where I can grow professionally and gain hands-on experience in project or operations roles.
