What I'm looking for

I'm looking to coordinate cross-functional operations, delivery, automation, and AI implementation initiatives, translating business needs into structured requirements, reporting, and successful rollouts.

I'm coordinating cross-functional initiatives at Digitain across Customer Support, Service Management, Quality, Training, Content, and business and technical teams.

I translate business needs into requirements, timelines, ownership, follow-ups, testing, reporting, and implementation steps. I also coordinate knowledge-base, content, management reporting, automation, and AI-related projects.

Previously at Polixis RegTech, I coordinated tasks, resources, deadlines, and communication between IT and Data teams while supporting the Product Owner. I also conducted industry, company, market, and regional research and coordinated interns and junior staff.

My experience also includes supporting governance-development projects at the British Embassy Yerevan, including activity monitoring, stakeholder mapping, reporting, and communications inputs.
