I’m seeking a remote Customer Service / Call Centre Support role where I can assist people with queries and provide clear, patient support. I’m available immediately for full-time remote work.

At University of Zululand, I provided one-on-one and small-group academic support as a Volunteer Peer Tutor, helping fellow students understand complex material and resolve learning challenges.

As Class Representative, I handled queries between students and academic staff, relayed information, organised meetings, and maintained accurate records.

I hold a BA Honours in Development Studies and am fluent in English and isiZulu. I’m seeking remote customer service or call centre support work and am available immediately for full-time remote work.
