I’m looking to partner with founders and business owners who want structured operations and reliable coordination—especially for Nigeria-based work from abroad. I’ll help streamline systems, reduce day-to-day workload, and support execution through clear SOPs and performance tracking.

I’m the Founder at Evania Hub, where I turn operational chaos into clear systems for small and growing businesses—especially when Nigerian operations need support from abroad. What started as an Executive Assistant role at Rayo Luxe evolved into Operations Management, and it clarified my belief that entrepreneurs aren’t overwhelmed by vision—they’re overwhelmed by missing support structures.

At Evania Hub, I provide hands-on operational support and virtual assistance tailored to founders who need more than task execution. I help create strong backend structure through administrative and task management, vendor coordination with on-ground follow-through, SOP development and process documentation, customer experience systems, and project execution with consistent operational clarity.
