At TEKNOWLEDGE (Formerly Tek Experts), I support enterprise Azure environments by troubleshooting compute, storage, networking, and operating system failures. I investigate VM provisioning and boot issues, then use Azure diagnostics and Azure Monitor telemetry to help restore critical workloads.
I also investigate Microsoft 365 security incidents involving compromised identities, phishing, and unauthorized access. I administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Purview solutions, including Data Loss Prevention, eDiscovery, Information Protection, and Insider Risk Management, and resolve an average of 40–50 high-priority security and compliance incidents monthly.
For Exchange Online and Hybrid Exchange environments, I troubleshoot mail flow, authentication, mailbox incidents, and directory synchronization. I use Message Trace and transport logs for root cause analysis, while maintaining approximately 90% First Contact Resolution.
