I’m looking for a Microsoft 365 role where I can own Exchange/Teams incidents, maintain strong SLA and CSAT, and deepen Purview security & compliance and identity expertise—while collaborating with escalation and engineering teams to improve stability.

I’m an L2 Technical Support Engineer focused on Microsoft 365 environments, bringing over 2 years of experience delivering comprehensive technical support across Exchange Online, Entra (Azure AD), Defender, SharePoint, and Purview. I provide both remote and on-site assistance, troubleshooting complex incidents while managing administration across multiple Microsoft 365 admin centers.

In my current role, I deliver expert support across Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams—optimizing uptime and user experience. I manage 5+ daily support cases (often closing 4+ while meeting SLA), own and close 80+ cases monthly, and maintain strong satisfaction with a monthly CSAT score of 4.83 and consistently high results (>90% CSAT) through proactive log and audit analysis.

I also bring deep security and compliance experience, including email archiving, mailbox-to-archive migrations, quota and performance troubleshooting, and Microsoft eDiscovery to search, recover, and manage missing or deleted emails.
