What I'm looking for

I’m seeking to help new customers get started with confidence and contribute to clear, useful help documentation.

At The Pipeline Group (TPG), I speak with US business contacts, answer questions, respond to concerns, and guide people to the right next step. I record outcomes and follow-ups in HubSpot CRM and Excel.

Previously, as an Outbound Call Agent at 1840 & Company, I held business conversations in a fast-paced remote role and maintained detailed customer records. I also followed structured scripts and compliance protocols.

Across both roles, I coordinated with US teams using Slack, Skype, Microsoft Teams, and email. I’ve worked independently across time zones and kept handoffs and follow-ups clear.

I have an MSc in Economics and training in virtual assistance, Google Workspace, and HubSpot CRM. I’m also learning to use generative AI tools and prompt engineering, with basic Python knowledge.
