Ologunsoro Ayodeji

I am an IT Operations and Systems Support professional with over two years of hands-on experience maintaining business-critical systems in a fast-paced port terminal environment. I specialize in supporting Microsoft Dynamics NAV (ERP), Windows systems, SQL user management, and local area networks.

In my current role I provide first-line support for ERP, email systems, Windows workstations, and network hardware, and I manage user accounts across SQL databases and enterprise systems. I install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop Windows environments and support Microsoft Outlook deployments for cross-departmental teams.

My achievements include supporting major system upgrades with minimal disruption, provisioning and managing over 100 staff accounts, maintaining stable ERP/email/LAN/CCTV operations in a 24-hour facility, and resolving most issues at first contact. I also maintain hardware such as printers, UPS/inverters, and network equipment, and coordinate with external vendors on installations and repairs.

I bring strong problem-solving, documentation, and user-support skills, and I am motivated by keeping systems running so teams can operate without interruption. I am committed to continuous learning, operational reliability, and contributing to community and team development.
