I’m a self-motivated, results-oriented Human Resource professional with 10 years’ experience in Human Resource Practice. I bring strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills, and I work with integrity—taking responsibility, accepting positive criticism, and delivering outcomes.
Most recently, I served as Head of Human Resources at Cairo Bank Uganda, where I oversaw the HR function and ensured policies, procedures, and employee services ran effectively. I developed and updated Human Resource policies, managed recruitment and talent management, prepared and monitored HR budgets, and led succession planning and performance management system development.
Earlier roles strengthened my operational and strategic HR capabilities, including Human Resource Operations Manager and Human Resources Manager. I implemented compensation and benefits aligned to policy, coordinated performance appraisal processes (including a Balanced score card-based appraisal tool), managed employee wellness and benefits, and handled disciplinary processes while supporting employee relations and welfare.
Across my background, I’ve also worked as a Senior HR Services Officer overseeing HR operations, talent planning, HRIS data processing, SLA monitoring, and staff engagement initiatives. I’m especially focused on risk management and compliance, timely reporting, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement through policy formulation, benchmarks, and HR service delivery enhancements.
