I’m looking for a mortgage-focused role in a high-volume team where I can apply compliant document review, credit/appraisal/title checks, and LOS expertise (Mortgage Cadence/ReverseVision) to improve accuracy and speed while continuing to grow.

I’m an experienced Mortgage Loan Associate with 8 years of professional experience, including 6+ years in mortgage processing and 2 years in customer service. I focus on accurate, complete documentation across the mortgage loan lifecycle—verification, appraisal and title review, credit report monitoring, and disbursement tracking.

In my current role as a Senior Associate at First Source Ltd (Science Hub Tower 2, Mc Kinley BGC, Taguig), I process mortgage-related transactions in a high-volume BPO environment. I maintain loan documentation and account records in Mortgage Cadence (MC Link/MCP) and monitor loan files to ensure compliance with client requirements.
