I’m a dedicated and exceptionally organized Senior Broker Support, managing end-to-end mortgage loan processing operations with a meticulous attention to detail. In my current role, I manage the complete loan process—including processing an AOL—and handle pre- to post-settlement tasks with accuracy and compliance. I communicate with clients, lenders, solicitors, and conveyancers to resolve queries, conduct income/credit/repayment assessments for eligibility, and review documentation to fix discrepancies and track outstanding lender conditions. I also maintain MyCRM with accurate customer data and track loan progress while preparing pricing proposals and ordering valuations through lender platforms.
Previously, as a Broker Support Officer, I communicated through telephone and email, determined loan eligibility through income analysis and credit checks, and ensured documentation met lender requirements and federal regulations. I gathered and analyzed market and database information to prepare detailed valuation reports, developed and maintained CRM processes (including Mercurydatabase), and supported brokers with document preparation, data entry, and reporting. Earlier, as a Loan Processor, I processed an average of 25 mortgage loan applications per week with 99% accuracy, including employment checks, reviewing loan agreements, and ordering and following up on valuations.
