In hospitality, I delivered a strategic venue pivot—transforming a low-yield Saturday-only model into a high-utilisation 5-day destination to diversify revenue streams. I designed and deployed a Digital SOP Framework achieving a 97% compliance rate, and I used Asana to manage SME dependencies and mitigate schedule slippage on a seasonal menu re-engineering project. I also built data-driven scheduling models to optimise labour costs while maintaining service standards in high-volume environments.

As Managing Director/Owner of a security firm, I managed ERP for a 95-person weekly mobile workforce, coordinating complex multi-site deployments for high-capacity public events. I led the Light the Lake NYE project (Budget $75k+), coordinating 10+ vendors and emergency services for 10,000+ attendees with zero safety incidents. Through a rigorous 2023 feasibility assessment, I initiated a Strategic No-Go decision to protect brand reputation and resource stewardship during economic volatility.
