At Zenith Bank Plc, I supported 1,000+ staff across 407 branches and resolved system and network issues using Windows, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Intune. I brought 500+ devices into Intune compliance through enrollment, compliance policies, and configuration profiles.
I responded to endpoint security alerts using Forescout and FireEye, managed Active Directory accounts, and documented incidents to support audit readiness. I also helped plan and run the technology behind the Zenith Bank Tech Fair.
My experience includes investigating alerts with Wazuh as a SOC Analyst Intern at Digitanotion Limited and improving endpoint protection and VPN access at Cynical Federation.
