Design, build and deploy web-based business applications from requirements to documentation, with secure authentication and role-based access control. Built a warehouse operations platform and a recruitment system, and designed the business architecture for a digital mineral-investment platform.

Ran vulnerability assessments and penetration tests in controlled lab environments using Nessus, Nmap, Burp Suite and Metasploit. Reviewed system logs and network activity to flag potential threats, supported incident response, and documented vulnerabilities with remediation steps.

Processed electronic funds transfers and reconciled daily cash and transaction records, resolving discrepancies as they arose. Verified customer documentation against KYC requirements and worked with operations and IT teams to keep banking systems running.

Provided second-line support to about 250 users across 4 branches for core banking applications, desktops, laptops and branch equipment. Managed user accounts and access permissions in Active Directory, rolled out OS updates and security patches, and reduced recurring desktop issues through preventive maintenance.

Installed and configured desktops, printers, scanners and peripherals across branches. Installed and maintained banking software, diagnosed hardware and software faults, and ran preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
