What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an entry-level customer success or support role.

At Secondary School No. 10, I taught English to primary and middle school students, adapting explanations to different ages and levels.

I spoke regularly with parents, answered questions, shared progress updates, and handled concerns calmly. I also ran tests, kept progress records, and followed up when feedback revealed problems.
