What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can support Microsoft 365 and hybrid Exchange at scale, troubleshoot complex identity and mail flow issues, and improve system reliability with strong security (MFA/Conditional Access) and customer-focused technical documentation.

I’m an IT Support Engineer with experience supporting enterprise environments across Microsoft 365, cloud platforms, and end-user infrastructure. I focus on troubleshooting mail flow, identity, access, endpoint, and network-related issues while ensuring reliable service delivery.

In my current role as Technical Support Engineer II – M365 at Teknowledge, I support global Microsoft customers across Microsoft 365 and Exchange Hybrid infrastructures. I diagnose and resolve complex hybrid identity and mailbox provisioning issues, troubleshoot synchronization/migration/mail flow, and administer Exchange Online and mailbox security configurations for enterprise customers.

Previously, as a Cloud Administrator (M365/Azure) at Sephil Innovation Limited, I administered Microsoft 365 environments (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and deployed Azure virtual machines, virtual networks, and Azure Virtual Desktop resources. I implemented RBAC and identity policies, monitored infrastructure/endpoint issues, and supported cloud optimization to improve cost efficiency and service stability.

Before that, I worked as an IT Specialist at Smart Wave Tech Hub, managing and maintaining IT infrastructure (servers, workstations, networks, and cloud resources) and reducing downtime through hardware, software, and network troubleshooting. I back my hands-on support with Microsoft certifications, and I’m passionate about improving system reliability and user experience through strong incident management and clear technical documentation.
