I’m a dedicated, customer-focused professional with experience in educational consultancy, customer service, and teaching. In my work with Alkhaeraat Consults, I guide prospective students through university admission and screening processes, respond to inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email, and maintain accurate records of client applications and documentation.

I also work as a Teacher, delivering engaging lessons while communicating effectively with students, parents, and colleagues, and maintaining records and reports under deadlines. I’m proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital collaboration tools, and I bring strong communication, organization, problem-solving, internet research, and Canva-based graphic design to every client interaction.
