I've supported clients, learners, and small-business workflows through clear communication, coordinated follow-up, and practical problem solving.

At GMYT Fashion Academy, I planned practical training, managed student communication and progress, and coordinated day-to-day learning activities. Across fashion and skills-training roles with Tiannah Empire, ABV Fashion Academy, Danica Fashion House, Ryanella Fashion Academy, and CE Academy, I've trained and mentored more than 800 students.

In independent contract work, I communicate directly with clients, clarify requirements, coordinate orders and timelines, and manage revisions through delivery. I keep multiple moving tasks organized while maintaining quality and attention to detail.

I've also built a small-business CRM workflow in Airtable to manage leads, customer records, quotes, job status, attachments, and payment follow-up. I'm continuing to expand my CRM configuration and digital operations knowledge for remote customer support, operations, virtual assistance, and client-success work.
