What I'm looking for

I’m looking to learn company-specific customer support platforms and procedures while helping customers through clear, professional communication and thoughtful follow-up.

Through my self-employed fashion business, I responded to customer enquiries about designs, pricing, measurements, and orders. I managed more than 40 customer orders monthly and kept customers updated on requirements, progress, and expected completion timelines.
