I’m looking to drive carrier relationship growth through negotiation and account management, while delivering excellent customer service and measurable results using KPI reporting and process improvement in a performance-driven team.

I’m a results-driven Operations, Customer Success, and Business Development professional with 10+ years of experience managing day-to-day execution, building client relationships, and improving business performance in fast-paced environments.

As a Founder & Operations Manager (2014–Present), I oversee customer service, operations, vendor relationships, budgeting, and strategic planning. I negotiate supplier pricing, contracts, and service agreements to improve profitability while maintaining service quality, and I coordinate customer orders, supplier schedules, project timelines, and daily operational activities.

I also strengthen operational reliability by developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), improving workflow efficiency and consistency. I manage customer onboarding and ongoing account support, resolve operational challenges quickly, and monitor business KPIs, financial performance, budgets, and operational reports to support informed decisions.

Most importantly, I’ve grown business capital from ₦200,000 to over ₦6,000,000 through operational improvements, strategic planning, and customer retention. Currently, I’m Operations Lead for Virtual Terminal & Payment Security Projects (2024–Present), collaborating cross-functionally, maintaining project documentation, and driving process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce operational risk.
