What I'm looking for

I’m transitioning into B2B SDR to build measurable pipeline results through structured sales training. I want a target-driven, consultative environment where I can use cold outreach, CRM hygiene, and data-driven reporting to qualify leads and grow relationships.

I’m a results-driven Civil Engineering graduate with hands-on experience in client-facing roles, stakeholder management, and data-driven reporting. I build relationships, communicate technical value to non-technical audiences, and work independently under pressure.

As an Assistant Site Supervisor (Ad-hoc) for the Cross River State Ministry of Works (Oct 2025 – Present), I manage client and stakeholder relationships daily—directly analogous to SDR prospect management. I conduct structured outreach and follow-up with vendors and contractors to move procurement processes forward, maintain meticulous documentation of resource allocation and milestones, and translate technical information into clear reports for decision-makers.

Previously, as an Assistant Site Engineer (NYSC) at Ogas Steel Limited (Feb 2023 – Dec 2023), I strengthened my inbound/outbound communication through vendor and client engagement, negotiating terms, and resolving issues. I also identified inventory gaps and sourced alternatives to meet project targets, while processing and reconciling material requisitions against financial records to protect data integrity and compliance.

For me, sales development is the next step of an engineering mindset: understanding problems, communicating solutions, and building relationships with clients and teams. Transitioning to SDR feels natural because I bring the rigour of an engineer, the persistence of a field supervisor, and communication instincts from two years of stakeholder management—backed by CRM-style record-keeping, outbound communication, and lead qualification workflows.
