I am a detail-oriented customer support and digital operations specialist with hands-on experience across education, logistics, and government technical teams. I am skilled in CRM and ticketing platforms and in using productivity tools to streamline communication and documentation.

At Cedarstar International School I provided administrative and technical support, managed digital files, and supported virtual meetings, improving retrieval efficiency and service response. I previously managed support requests and operational reporting at ACO Swift Logistics and maintained documentation and data support during a technical internship at NiMet.
