I’m looking to support clients with top-tier virtual assistance—smooth scheduling, responsive customer support, organized task/project management, and data-driven operations. I want to build reliable systems that improve accuracy, turnaround time, and client experience.

I am a passionate virtual assistant and customer support professional with hands on experience in project management, procurement, research, meeting arrangement, task management, content organization and customer communication. I aim to combine admin excellence, customer experience mastery and data driven decision making to provide top tier support to clients and organizations.

In my virtual assistant work, I ran tasks like scheduling online meetings, managing mails, creating travel plans using tools like canva, organizing events and procurement of various items from within and outside the country. I stay highly organized to keep operations running smoothly and clients informed.

During virtual assistant training with Omowunmis Virtual Assistant Academy, I oversaw smooth deliveries of patient results online and offered customer support. I developed basic operational systems including sample tracking logs, test request forms and internal result validation procedures, and supported inventory tracking using project management tools, scheduling online meetings and documentation using google workspace and CRM tools like hubspot.
