I seek senior roles leading remittance, FX or international payments where I can drive digital channel expansion, operational automation, regulatory compliance, and revenue growth within a collaborative, impact-focused team.

I am a banking professional with over 18 years of experience in remittance, foreign exchange, international payments and business development in Bangladesh.

I have led large-scale initiatives including the bKash–BRAC Bank remittance partnership, the launch of the Probashi Card (NRB Prepaid Card), and the El Dorado inter-bank money transfer project, driving revenue and expanding digital remittance channels.

In leadership roles I have owned P&L for foreign trade and remittance portfolios, managed NOSTRO and Bangladesh Bank clearing accounts, established correspondent bank relationships, and delivered process automation and compliance improvements that reduced errors and boosted throughput.

I combine hands-on operations, regulatory reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with data-driven decision making, and hold certifications and continuing education in international factoring, data analytics, Python, and project management.
