What I'm looking for
I’m an HR Operations leader with 16+ years in financial services, including 3+ years driving end-to-end HR strategy, HRIS, and workforce planning as AVP & Head of HR Operations at a listed commercial bank reporting directly to the MD & CEO.
Earlier, I led large-scale digital transformation across channels and card portfolios, bringing a rare mix of HR judgment with systems discipline—process reengineering, automation, and vendor-management rigor. I’ve also run compliance-heavy HR operations under tightly regulated, audited environments with central-bank-grade regulatory scrutiny.
Today, I own recruiting-to-employee relations operations, lead HRIS and policy implementation to improve compliance and data accuracy, and partner with senior leadership on organizational transformation, retention strategy, and culture initiatives. I’m comfortable operating independently and communicating outcomes clearly to executive stakeholders.
