I am a detail-oriented operations and client experience specialist with a strong background in banking operations, trade finance, and technical systems. I have a proven track record managing 100+ daily high-value transactions with 99.9% accuracy and maintaining SWIFT payment status integrity for international clients.

Currently pursuing an Executive MBA in MIS at the University of Dhaka, I combine financial compliance knowledge with practical technical skills including Python, cloud computing, and banking system operations. My hands-on experience includes RTGS, GL reconciliation, TT liquidations, and regulatory reporting to national systems.
