I’m looking for a brand role where I can own brand communication strategy and execution—combining data-driven insights, strong stakeholder coordination, and event/campaign leadership to grow brand equity with measurable results.

I’m a brand and marketing professional with over 10 years of experience spanning agency, production house, and client-side environments. I bring a holistic perspective—from long-term strategic planning to hands-on execution—so brand direction consistently translates into measurable business growth.

As a Senior Specialist – Brand Development & Event Management at ROX GROUP (Vietnam) since 08.2025, I lead corporate and group brand communication to maintain a consistent, professional brand image across channels and customer touchpoints. I oversee the quality and compliance of brand asset production, ensure the brand identity system is implemented across the Group and subsidiaries, and optimize brand communication budgets for investment efficiency.

I track Brand Health, Share of Voice, and advertising performance versus competitors, then turn insights into improvement solutions. I also coordinate with Digital Marketing, PR, and Communications teams to develop fanpage and digital platform content with strong message alignment, risk management, and brand protection—while planning CSR initiatives and brand award submissions to strengthen credibility.

Previously at HABECO (05/2024–08/2025), I developed 360° marketing plans and led integrated communication campaigns across TVC, OOH, digital, social, and PR (including Facebook, TikTok via KOL/KOC, and YouTube). Earlier roles as Marketing Supervisor and Brand Team Leader shaped my strengths in market/consumer/competitor analysis, ATL/BTL budgeting, team leadership, and launching products and campaigns like Smile Protec and Win Protec—combining creative thinking with disciplined execution.
