At Spa Blu, I performed Footlogix and regular manicures and pedicures, waxing, facials, LED facials, and Swedish massage. I also recommended spa services and Dermalogica products based on clients’ needs.
I managed incoming calls, answered client inquiries, and booked appointments, while keeping treatment areas clean and organized before and after each client.
Earlier, I supported customer service and administrative work at Alorica – Verizon Account and the Summer Work Program – St. Andrew Technical High School. My responsibilities included addressing customer billing and technical support inquiries, organizing documents, assisting parents at the front counter, and entering data.
