I'm currently supporting Dawn World Construction in Harare by keeping computers, laptops, printers, software, email accounts, Wi-Fi, and workplace technology running reliably. I set up employee devices and user accounts, administer Microsoft 365, and contribute to ICT improvement projects.

At W1TTY Tech in Warsaw, I supported customers in a digital financial services environment across chat, email, and phone. I resolved account, payment, transaction, and application issues using Freshdesk, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Slack, and Confluence, while escalating suspicious activity and protecting sensitive financial information.

I've also supported high-volume customer operations for Ryanair and Cineworld, handling bookings, enquiries, complaints, and complex escalations with accuracy and empathy. My experience spans technical troubleshooting, digital platforms, customer communication, and confidential data handling.

I hold a BEng in Computer Engineering focused on Cybersecurity and Computer Networks. For my final project, I developed a secure communication solution using image steganography, AES encryption, and authentication.
