What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role that allows me to further support educational initiatives and foster team collaboration.

I am a dedicated paraprofessional with a passion for supporting scholars in their educational journey. Currently, I work at Pinellas County Schools, where I spearhead supplemental learning support and facilitate intervention groups that have significantly improved our school's performance. My ability to work independently and coach classrooms of over 20 scholars, staff, and families has been instrumental in fostering a positive learning environment.

Prior to my current role, I served as the Head Universal Member Service Advisor at Achieva Credit Union. In this position, I excelled in providing prompt, friendly, and accurate service to our members while guiding my team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. My strong communication skills and commitment to service excellence have always been at the forefront of my professional ethos.
