What I'm looking for

I'm looking to help teams solve ambiguous, technically complex product problems through AI product UX, content systems, information architecture, and cross-functional strategy.

I've advised Google Classroom teams and served as interim staff UX writer for Google Photos, shaping AI-powered experiences across Ask Photos, Memories, Face Groups, Pixel Camera, and privacy-sensitive surfaces. I translate model behavior and ambiguous user intent into clearer, more trustworthy product experiences.

At Fitbit, I led UX writing for Premium and Health Solutions, led the AI working group, and helped launch Fitbit Labs. Earlier, I built content strategy leadership at Toptal, where an incentive experiment was associated with a 5x increase in screening completions; I now advise product teams on AI, UX/content systems, product strategy, and reusable decision frameworks.
