I’m a UX Writer and Content Designer with a background in content strategy and brand storytelling, working across banking, e-commerce and public services.
At Miravia (Alibaba Group), I led the Portuguese content experience and developed three AI agents, reducing manual translation effort by over 80%. At Caixa Geral de Depósitos, I joined the Gen AI Hub and helped design AI assistants, conversational flows and knowledge bases. I currently work with the portuguese social security (Segurança Social), improving user journeys, content guidelines and AI assistant conversations.
