What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote operations, virtual assistant, or customer support role where I can improve client experience, manage administrative work, support team coordination, and contribute through research, reporting, and problem-solving.

I've supported customer service operations at PT Concentrix Indonesia, managing high-volume chat, email, and ticketing interactions while maintaining service quality. I earned the Best Agent Award in 2021 and maintained top AHT and CSAT metrics for eight consecutive months.

As a Virtual Assistant for The Secret Society and a private client, I've coordinated guest communications, managed bookings and follow-ups, conducted research, organized administrative data, and prepared reports. I've also translated Indonesian regulations into English to support project needs.

My earlier work includes leading teams at PT Vads Indonesia and supporting events, field surveys, and stakeholder meetings at the Ministry of Public Works & Housing. I bring experience with remote operations, documentation, issue escalation, and client communication.
