I've supported guest experiences at Cabo Bali Indonesia, hosting across Lago Villas, Little Asia Villas, Casa Del Beso, Kona Villa, and Marevita Villas.

During my internship at Anantara Uluwatu Bali Resort, I worked as a GSA, telephone operator, and bell mate, building hands-on experience in guest relations and front office operations.

I'm trained in Hospitality Management at Bali Tourism Polytechnic and use VHP, Guesty, Airbnb, Microsoft Word, and Excel to deliver attentive, friendly service. I bring clear communication, problem-solving, time management, and a positive approach to every guest interaction.
