Led the People & Culture function for an engineering and technical services organization, owning end-to-end recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, and HR operations. Professionalized HR workflows and implemented the company’s first HRIS from scratch, while managing payroll governance and Spanish labor relations and ISO audit processes.

Led People & Culture across Spain and Luxembourg in a multi-country scale-up, overseeing employee subrogation, HR operations, and performance management. Led full-cycle recruitment, managed HR administration and documentation, and implemented employee engagement and social responsibility initiatives.

Owned full-cycle recruitment across Consumer Health, Janssen Pharmaceutical, and Medical Devices, supporting hiring needs across the Southern Cone. Managed recruitment through Taleo, maintained ATS data governance and vacancy tracking dashboards, coordinated offer and onboarding activities, and partnered with Compensation on salary proposals.

Supported implementation and evaluation of the internal training strategy, managing training logistics, suppliers, and compliance documentation. Produced training reports and managed Tripartita documentation, including support for online course development in Moodle.
